Fuel Gauge Sender: Testing and Inspection

FUEL GAUGE SENDER UNIT INSPECTION

1. Remove the fuel pump.




2. Move the float to the topmost and bottom most positions, and verify that the resistance between terminals A and D of the unit and the position of the float are as indicated in the figure.
- If they are not as indicated, replace the fuel gauge sender unit.
