Trunk Lid Cancel Switch

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.




2. Remove the trunk lid cancel switch cover by inserting a small tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver and carefully pry it off without scratching the trunk compartment covering.
3. Turn back the left side of trunk compartment covering.




4. Remove in the order as indicated below.
1. Connector
2. Fastener
3. Screw
4. Bracket
5. Trunk lid cancel switch

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Trunk Lid Cancel Switch Removal Note
1. Press the hooks of the trunk lid cancel switch.
2. Pull the trunk lid cancel switch out from the bracket.
