Hood: Service and Repair
HOOD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Pull out the windshield washer hose.
3. To remove the hood hinge, remove the front bumper and the front fender panel.
4. Remove in the order as indicated below.
1. Fastener
2. Hood insulator
3. Parting seal weatherstrip
4. Shroud seal weatherstrip
5. Bolt A
6. Hood
7. Bolt B
8. Hood hinge
9. Nut
10. Hood stay
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
6. Adjust the hood.
7. Adjust the headlight aiming.
