Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Measure the voltage at the immobilizer unit terminals as indicated below.

Terminal Pinouts:

Terminal A - L:

Terminal M - N:

2. Disconnect the immobilizer unit connector before inspecting for continuity at terminal B.
- If not specified, inspect the pants listed under "Inspection area".
- If the parts and wiring harnesses are okay but the system still does not work properly, replace the immobilizer unit.
