EGR Solenoid Valve(Vent)

1. Remove the EGR solenoid valves. (Refer to VACUUM HOSE ROUTING DIAGRAM.)

2. Verify that air flows as shown.

3. If not as specified, replace the EGR solenoid valve (vent).




4. Apply battery positive voltage to terminal A and ground terminal B of the EGR solenoid valve (vent). Verify that air flows as shown.

5. If not as specified, replace the EGR solenoid valve (vent).
