Removal/Installation

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.





2. Remove the driver-side side panel and lower panel.
3. Disconnect the clock spring connector.

WARNING: Handling the air bag module improperly can accidentally deploy the air bag, which may seriously injure you. Read SERVICE PRECAUTION under Restraint Systems before handling air bag module.

4. Remove in the order shown in the figure.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
