Trunk/Liftgate Sensor/Switch (For Alarm): Testing and Inspection

(Within lock cylinder)

Inspection
1. Remove the trunk lid trim.
2. Disconnect the trunk key cylinder switch connector.

Terminal Identification:

Reference:

3. Check for continuity between the terminals of the trunk key cylinder switch.
4. If not as specified, replace the lock cylinder.
