Run the engine at 1,000 rpm and 3,000 rpm, and note the gauge reading.

197-294 kPa {2.0-3.0 kgf/cm2, 29-42psi} @ 1000 rpm
295-392 kPa {3.0-4.0 kgf/cm2, 43-56 psi} @ 3000 rpm
