Radiator Cooling Fan Motor Relay: Testing and Inspection

COOLING FAN RELAY REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the cooling fan relay, shown in the image.

COOLING FAN RELAY INSPECTION
1. Check continuity of the cooling fan relay as shown.

Relay Continuity:

2. Apply battery positive voltage between terminals B and D. Check for continuity between terminals A and C.
3. If not as specified, replace the cooling fan relay.
