Idle/Throttle Speed Control Unit: Description and Operation

Description
The idle speed control unit consists of two integral sub components that can be tested separately but only replaced as an assembly.

Sub components:
- BAC Valve (provides cold fast idle)
- Idle Air Control Valve (enables ECM controlled idle speed)
