System Inspection

Inspection
1. Verify that the following diagnostic trouble code is not displayed.
^ P0705 (Transmission range sensor)
2. If the above code is displayed, carry out inspections according to the related trouble code chart.
Refer to Transmission Control Systems/ Trouble Code Charts.

Note: The torque reduction control signal is transmitted between the ECM and TCM via serial communication along with other control signals.
