SYSTEM TEST1. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature and let it idle.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the solenoid valve and plug it as shown in the figure. Verify that no vacuum is felt at the solenoid valve.
3. If not as specified, check the solenoid valve.
