Main Relay (Computer/Fuel System): Description and Operation

PURPOSE
Supplies power to the engine control module (ECM) and a number of ECM controlled output devices.

OPERATION
The main relay, (when energized) supplies power to the ECM, fuel pump relay, distributor, fuel injectors, and a variety of solenoid valves.
