After-Repair Procedure
- Clear diagnostic trouble codes by disconnecting the negative battery cable, for at least 20 seconds, and depressing the brake pedal.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable.

NOTE: Although diagnostic trouble codes can be cleared without the use of a special service tool, verification of successful code erasure still requires the use of special service tools.
