View: Tachometer Connection In Data Link Connector:

SYSTEM OPERATION
1. Connect the tachometer to the IG- terminal of the data link connector.
2. Start the engine and run it at idle.

View: Checking Shutter Valve Actuator For Movement:

3. Verify that the rod of the shutter valve actuator is not pulled inward.
4. Increase the engine speed gradually and verify that the rod is pulled when the engine speed above 4,750 rpm.
