Kickdown Switch

SEDAN

1. Turn ignition switch to On position.
2. Check voltage at terminal (violet wire). Voltage should be approximately 12 volts with accelerator pedal depressed at least 7/8 of its travel and there should be less than 1.5 volts with accelerator pedal depressed less than 7/8 of its travel.
3. If voltage is not as described, check wiring harness and, if satisfactory, replace or adjust switch.
