Idle Mixture Screw Concealment Plug Removal

These carburetors are equipped with idle mixture screw limiter caps. If idle mixture requires adjustment beyond the range of mixture screw travel, follow the procedure below.
1. Remove carburetor from vehicle.
2. Remove air horn and main body.
3. Using a suitable hacksaw, cut limiter cap approximately .40 inch from cap end.
4. Install new limiter cap.
