Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the rear bumper splash shield.
- Remove the 5 screws and 2 nuts.







3. Disconnect the parking aid module (PAM).
4. Remove the 3 bolts.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).







5. NOTE: The PAM can be removed from the vehicle by sliding it toward the rear of the vehicle and then around the PAM bracket along the rear bumper.

Remove the PAM.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
