Test P: DTC B113F - Rear Climate Control Switch Circuit Short To Battery
PINPOINT TEST P: DTC B113F - REAR CLIMATE CONTROL SWITCH CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERYNormal Operation
Under normal operation, ground is provided to the rear climate control switch through circuit 676 (PK/OG). When the switch is pressed, ground through an internal resistor is sent to the rear air temperature control (RATC) module through circuit 1349 (PK/LG).
- DTC B113F Rear Climate Control Switch Circuit Short To Battery - The module senses no voltage drop on the switch output circuit, indicating an open circuit.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Rear climate control switch
