Normal Operation
The instrument cluster receives the safety belt warning chime input from the restraint control module (RCM) through circuit 8-GE52 (WH/BK). When the ignition switch is in the RUN position, the instrument cluster sounds the safety belt warning chime when it detects a ground at circuit 8-GE52 (WH/BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 8-GE52 (WH/BK) open or shorted to ground
- instrument cluster
- safety belt switch
- RCM
