Rear Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair

REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR

Heavy Duty Riveter:

SPECIAL TOOL(S)

REMOVAL
1. Remove the rear door window glass.







2. Remove the pull handle bracket.
1 Remove the screw.
2 Remove the rivets.







3. Remove the rear door window regulator nuts.







4. Disconnect the electrical connector.







5. Remove the rear door window regulator and motor.
1 Remove the rivets.
2 Remove the screws.







6. Remove the rear door window regulator motor.
- Partially separate the rear door window regulator motor from the regulator, then press the release tab on the regulator and remove the rear door window regulator motor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Using the special tool, install the rivets.
