EGR Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the resonator.







2. Remove the vacuum lines.







3. Remove the cables from the EGR heat shield.







4. Remove the bolts and the EGR heat shield.







5. Remove the EGR exhaust manifold tube nut from the EGR valve.







6. Remove the bolts and the EGR valve.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
