Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.







3. Disconnect the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor electrical connector.

NOTE: Generator removed for clarity.







4. Remove the CKP sensor bolt and the CKP sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
