Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the Three-Way Catalytic (TWC) Converter from the exhaust manifold.





3. Disconnect the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube nut at the exhaust manifold.





4. Remove the exhaust manifold.
^ Remove the eight bolts.
^ Remove the exhaust manifold and discard the gasket.

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Install a new gasket.
