DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the Teflon seal rings and the No. 5 thrust washer.
2. Using the Bearing Remover and the Impact Slide Hammer remove the driven sprocket bearing.
NOTE: If the driven sprocket bearing is damaged it should be replaced.
ASSEMBLY
1. If removed, install a new driven sprocket bearing. Using an arbor press, stator and Driven Sprocket Bearing Replacer, and Drive Handle, install a new driven sprocket bearing.
2. Install new Teflon seals and the No.5 thrust washer.
CAUTION: The seal rings must be installed correctly. Transmission failure could result.
NOTE: Make sure that the seals are mated correctly.
