1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical damage.

Mechanical
^ Loose horn retaining bolt
^ Horns are touching surrounding sheet metal or other components

Electrical
^ Blown fuse
^ Damaged wiring harness
