Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the roof panel to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Damaged roof panel.
^ Obstructed roof panel.
^ Guide.
^ Damaged drive cable(s).

Electrical
^ Fuse junction panel Fuse 16 (30 A).
^ Circuitry open/shorted.
^ Damaged roof sliding panel switch.
^ Damaged sliding roof panel motor.

3. If the inspection reveals obvious concern(s) that can be readily identified, REPAIR as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the condition(s) and Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
