Trunk / Liftgate Striker: Adjustments

- The luggage compartment latch striker can be adjusted up and down and the luggage compartment door latch can be adjusted from side-to-side.
- Before adjusting the luggage compartment door latch, make sure that the luggage compartment door is properly aligned.

Adjust the luggage compartment door latch as follows:
1. Loosen the retaining screws.
2. Move the luggage compartment door latch as required to enter the liftgate/luggage compartment latch striker without deflecting the luggage compartment door sideways.
3. Tighten the retaining screws to 9-14 Nm (62-124 Lb-In).
4. Move the liftgate/luggage compartment latch striker up or down as necessary to provide proper luggage compartment door seal between the luggage compartment door and the lower back panel.
