63-15: Check Pump Motor Ground

- Check for continuity between B- pin on 4 pin pump motor connector harness side and chassis ground.

- Is continuity present?

YES -- Replace pump motor assembly. Restore vehicle. Retest system.

NO -- Service circuit 651 (BK/Y). Restore vehicle. Retest system.
