Quarter Window Glass: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove rear door trim panel and watershield. Doors
2. Remove rear door glass inside weatherstrip.
3. Remove rear door window glass.
4. Remove rear door window garnish moulding.
5. Remove rear door stationary window glass retaining screw and washer assembly.
6. Remove rear door stationary window glass.

INSTALLATION
1. Install rear door stationary window glass into door frame.
2. Push rear door stationary window glass onto door flange starting at upper C-pillar corner.
3. Continue down C-pillar and then across top of door frame and down B-pillar.
4. Install rear door stationary window glass screw and washer assembly. Tighten to 9-14 Nm (80-123 lb-in).
5. Install rear door window garnish moulding.
6. Install rear door window glass.
7. Install rear door glass inside weatherstrip.
8. Install watershield and rear door trim panel.
