Parts Ordering Instructions and Limitations
Effective immediately, parts must be ordered by calling 1-800-325-5621. Part number F50Y-13C788-A will be shipped provided the following information is furnished:

^ VIN number for an affected vehicle

^ Vehicle owner's name and address

^ Recall 95S33

^ Dealer P & A Code

^ Caller's name and phone number

It is expected that 100 percent of the recall parts will be available by 5/1/96; until that time, FCSD will receive on average approximately 2000 modules per week. Accordingly, until additional supplies are available, parts will not be shipped to dealers unless vehicle owners' names and addresses are provided. You will be billed for each module shipped - for latest prices, check or call your order processing center, DOES II, or updated price book.

Mandatory Parts Return

^ All removed lighting control modules must be returned within 5 working days of installation to avoid charge-back.

^ A pre-paid shipping label will be provided with each new module.

^ FPS-700 shipping tags will not be issued.

^ To expedite the availability of parts for this recall, parts are to be returned immediately. Please return removed parts daily.

^ Do not return parts to the Warranty Parts Return Center.

^ All parts are to be returned using the pre-paid shipping label only.

Excess Stock Return
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Parts and Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
