Air Spring Filling or Refolding

1. Turn OFF the air suspension switch. Connect SUPER STAR II diagnostic tool to Data Link Connector (DLC) located on the front side of the Right Hand shock tower.

NOTE: Lower hoist as required, but do not apply a load to the suspension.

2. Install battery charger to reduce battery drain.
3. Enter function test to pump appropriate air springs:
a. 212 Left Front-Air Spring
b. 214 Right Front-Air Spring
c. 216 Left Rear-Air Spring
d. 218 Right Rear-Air Spring

NOTE: Any further leveling (vent or compression) will be done when the vehicle is in normal operation on the ground. (Air suspension switch returned to ON after the vehicle is on the ground.

4. Immediately after completion of the air spring fill, inspect all air springs for proper inflation (no folds or creases).
