IA16 Checking Wiring Harness With Air Suspension

^ Turn air suspension switch to OFF position and disconnect air suspension control module from vehicle wiring harness.

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, connect positive lead to Circuit 420 of air compressor relay wiring harness connector and the other lead to Pin 35 (Circuit 420) of the air suspension control module wiring harness connector.

^ Is resistance reading less than 5 ohms?

YES -- REPLACE air suspension control module. RECONNECT air compressor relay and then REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- SERVICE open in Circuit 420. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
