HC25 Component Check (Solenoid Valve Operation Check)

^ In order to determine if the right rear air spring solenoid valve is operational, the following actions are required:

^ Make sure that air line and vehicle electrical wiring harness connector are connected to the removed right rear air spring solenoid valve.

^ Release STAR test button so that it remains in the HOLD position after code 26 has been displayed for at least 5 seconds.

^ Is right rear air spring solenoid valve passing air through it?

NO -- DEPRESS STAR test button down so that it remains in the TEST position. INSTALL a new right rear air spring solenoid valve, REINFLATE air spring before setting weight on tire and REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

YES -- DEPRESS Star test button down so that it remains in the TEST position. INSTALL a new shock fluid mist filter and REFER to Strut/Service and Repair procedures. REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics after service is made.
