^ Is ohmmeter reading greater than 10 ohms?

YES -- SERVICE open in circuit used to activate vent solenoid valve (Circuit 421). REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

NO -- GO to HB9.
