GB8 Component Check Position Circuit (S Position)

GB8 COMPONENT CHECK POSITION CIRCUIT (S POSITION)

^ Remove right front actuator from top of right front shock/strut.

^ Use a small blade screwdriver to rotate control tube on bottom of actuator to "S" (SOFT position).

^ Using an analog ohmmeter, measure resistance across Pin 1 and Pin 2.

^ Ohmmeter reading is:

5 ohms or less -- GO to GB9.

10,000 ohms or greater -- REPLACE right front actuator and REPEAT Service Bay Diagnostics. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
