Floor Console

Removal and Installation





1. Remove filler assembly by lifting up and then pulling rearward.
2. Remove cupholder.
3. Remove console top finish panel screw.

NOTE: While lifting console top finish panel out, disconnect cigar lighter connector.





4. Remove console top finish panel by lifting up near the rear (under armrests).





5. Remove four base-to-front bracket retaining screws.
6. Remove two base-to-center bracket retaining screws.
7. Remove mat from rear storage bin and remove two base-to-rear bracket retaining screws.

NOTE: While lifting console base out, it may be necessary to disconnect wiring connectors to the gear select lever.

8. Remove console base.





9. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten floor bracket screws and top finish panel screw to 1.4-2.0 N.m (12-18 Lb-In).
