ISSUE: A discolored "yellowish cast" front or rear door glass run may be caused by the silicone spray applied to the glass run outside surface. The silicone spray tends to "yellow" with age after exposure to the elements.

ACTION: Remove the "yellowish cast" with Ford Triple Clean and apply Custom Vinyl Protectant to prevent future discoloration. Refer to the following procedure for service details.

1. With the windows in the up position, use a soft bristle tooth brush to thoroughly clean the glass run with "Ford Triple Clean", (E0AZ-19526-AA).

NOTE: A MILD DETERGENT AND WATER CAN BE USED IF NECESSARY.

2. Wipe the glass run dry with a clean soft cloth.

3. Apply "Ford Custom Vinyl Protectant", (E6AZ-19530-AA) with a soft cloth. A soft luster will appear.

4. Wash the vehicle to remove any residue.
