Installation

L110F HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the water pump with motor and bracket assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 22 Nm (224 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf)





(b) Connect the 2 water pump hoses with the 2 clips.





(c) Connect the water pump connector.

2. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) Coolant (for Inverter)

3. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK Testing and Inspection

4. INSTALL FRONT CENTER FLOOR COVER Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER Installation

7. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

8. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation
