DESCRIPTION

When the hybrid vehicle control ECU receives electronically controlled brake system malfunctioning signal from the skid control ECU via the CAN communication line, DTC C1A50 is output.





INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK FOR DTC (ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM)

(a) Check for DTCs How To Proceed With Troubleshooting.

OK:

Electronically controlled brake system DTC is not output.

NG -- GO TO ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM How To Proceed With Troubleshooting
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTC DTC Check / Clear.

(b) Recheck for DTC DTC Check / Clear.

OK:

DTC C1A50 is not output.

NG -- REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU Service and Repair

OK -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK How To Proceed With Troubleshooting
