HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL INVERTER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the inverter water pump assembly and water pump bracket with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 6.1 Nm (62 kgf-cm, 54 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
Do not hold the inverter water pump assembly by the connector terminals when removing or installing it.

(b) Connect the water hose and connector.

NOTICE:
* Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.
* Make sure to align the matchmarks of the hoses with the ribs of the inverter water pump assembly.

4. INSTALL INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

Installation.

5. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) Coolant (For Inverter)

6. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) Testing and Inspection

7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
