Reassembly

LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight): REASSEMBLY

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LENS GASKET

(a) Install the headlight lens gasket.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

(a) Install the bumper bar reinforcement with the 2 screws.

3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET

(a) Install a new gasket.

4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CONTROL ECU LH

(a) Pass the ECU socket through the headlight.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the reflector or headlight housing with the ECU socket.

(b) Fix the headlight control ECU's power supply wire harness to the headlight interior's clip.

5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT REFLECTOR LH

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Install the reflector with the 3 screws.

NOTICE:
Align the cutout parts of the reflector shaft with the cutout parts of the reflector to install the reflector.

(c) Install the headlight control ECU with the 4 screws.

NOTICE:
As the screws are self tapping screws, make sure no fragments enter the interior of the headlight during the procedure.

(d) Install the harness with the screw.

(e) Fix the headlight control ECU socket's harness to the headlight interior's 2 clips.

6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

(a) Install the packing.

7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH

(a) Connect the tip of the headlight leveling motor LH with the reflector.

(b) Turn the headlight levering motor in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

(c) Connect the connector.

8. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

(a) Turn the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

(b) Connect the connector.

(c) Turn the cover in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

9. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Turn the headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

NOTICE:
Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

(c) Turn the cover in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

10. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB

(a) Lock the set spring and install the discharge headlight bulb.

NOTICE:
Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

(b) Turn the headlight control ECU in the direction indicated by the arrow and install the socket.

NOTICE:
Install the socket so that the wire harness is pointed downwards.
