Some customers may experience inoperative Bluetooth voice commands when they push the voice recognition button. An updated radio is available to address this condition

Repair Procedure

1. Confirm when pushing voice commands button no sound is heard.

2. Confirm vehicle is equipped with Radio Faceplate ID P10027.

3. Remove the original radio. Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

4. Install replacement radio. Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

5. Confirm proper voice command operation.
