CELLULAR COMMUNICATION: MAYDAY ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.





1. INSTALL MOBILEPHONE BRACKET
(a) Install the 2 mobilephone brackets with the 4 bolts.
2. INSTALL MAYDAY ECU






(a) Install the ECU with the nut.
(b) Connect the 4 connectors and 2 clamps.
3. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH

4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH

5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

6. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

7. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY

8. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH

9. INSTALL ROPE HOOK

10. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY

11. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER Hybrid Battery Service Switch

12. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER Installation

13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

14. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Battery

15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

16. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
17. PERFORM REGISTRATION
(a) Perform registration Programming and Relearning.
NOTE: When replacing the mayday battery or the mayday ECU (together with mayday battery), perform registration.
