Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters

TERMINALS OF ECU

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts-Check Power Source Control ECU (Part 1):




1. CHECK POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU
a. Disconnect the J55 ECU connector.

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts-Check Power Source Control ECU (Part 2):




b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

c. Reconnect the J55 ECU connector.

d. Measure the voltage of the connector.

e. Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform of the ECU.

2. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU
a. Disconnect the P33 ECU connector.

b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

3. CHECK ECM
a. Disconnect the A5, E5, E4, E3 and E6 ECM connectors.

b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
c. Reconnect the A5, E5, E4, E3 and E6 ECM connectors.

d. Measure the voltage of the connectors.
If the result is not as specified, the ECM may have a malfunction.

e. Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform of the ECM.

4. CHECK STEERING LOCK ECU
a. Disconnect the J29 ECU connector.

b. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
c. Reconnect the J29 ECU connector.

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts-Check Steering Lock ECU (Part 3):




d. Measure the voltage of the connector.
If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
