RELIEF VALVE INSPECTION

OPERATE COMPRESSOR FORCEDLY AND CHECK OPERATION OF RELIEF VALVE





(a) Turn the ignition switch ON and connect terminals 1 and 7 of the height control connector to operate the corn pressor.





(b) Operate the compressor, wait a short period of time, then check if air is blown from the relief valve.

(c) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
(d) Clear the diagnostic trouble code. Clearing Trouble Codes

NOTICE: When the compressor is forcedly operated, a diagnostic trouble code is recorded in the ECU. Be sure to clear the diagnostic trouble code after the inspection is completed.
