Front Fog Lamps



Inspection and Verification

1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for obvious electrical faults.

Mechanical Electrical
^ Front fog lamp condition ^ Fuses Battery junction box (BJB) - link and fitment
^ 2E BJB - link 11E Central junction box (CJB) - Fuse 28P CJB - Fuse 38P
^ Bulb and fitment ^ Wiring harness
^ Bulb holder ^ Loose or corroded connector(s)
and fitment
^ Adjuster screw ^ Fog lamp relay
^ Fog lamp switch ^ Fog lamp warning indicator
condition and fitment
^ Fog lamp switch
^ Battery junction box (BJB)
^ Central junction box (CJB)

3. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.
4. Use the approved diagnostic system or a scan tool to retrieve any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) before moving onto the symptom chart or DTC index.
^ Because the DTCs are stored in more than one module, a complete vehicle read is recommended
^ Make sure that all DTCs are cleared the rectification
