Rear Door Trim Panel
Service Repair No - 76.34.04
Removal
1. Remove 3 screws from the rear door trim panel.
2. Remove and discard the access cover from the rear door trim panel.
^ Remove the screw.
3. Release the rear door trim panel.
^ Release the 11 clips.
4. Release the rear door trim panel centre clip.
5. Release the upper edge of the rear door trim panel.
6. Release the interior rear door handle from the release cable.
7. NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Remove the rear door trim panel.
^ Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors.
8. Remove the speaker.
^ Remove the 3 screws.
^ Remove the speaker grille.
9. Remove the interior rear door handle reinforcement bracket.
^ Remove clip from the interior rear door handle reinforcement bracket.
^ Remove the 2 nuts.
^ Remove the 11 clips.
10. Remove the rear door trim panel finisher.
^ Remove the screw.
11. Remove the lamp.
12. Remove the rear door window control switch.
Installation
1. Install the rear door window control switch.
2. Install the lamp.
3. Install the rear door trim panel finisher.
^ Install the screw.
4. Install the interior rear door handle reinforcement bracket.
^ Tighten the nuts to 3 Nm (2 ft. lbs.).
^ Install the clip to the interior rear door handle reinforcement bracket.
5. Install the 11 clips.
6. Install the speaker.
^ Install the speaker grille.
^ Install the 3 screws.
7. Attach the rear door trim panel.
^ Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
8. Attach the interior rear door handle to the release cable.
9. Install the rear door trim panel.
10. Install a new access cover.
^ Install the screw.
11. Install the rear door trim panel screws.
