Suspension Control Module: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Connect T4 to the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
3. Remove the A-pillar finishing panel.
Release sufficient door aperture seal for access.
Remove the screw cover.
Remove the Torx(R) screw.
Release the 3 clips.
4. Remove the instrument panel passenger side reinforcement.
Release sufficient door aperture seal for access.
Carefully release the 4 clips.
5. Remove the scuff plate trim panel.
Carefully release the 7 clips.
6. Remove the passenger side footwell trim panel.
Release the 2 clips.
7. CAUTION: Care must be taken to avoid damaging the face vent louvers.
Remove the passenger side face level vent.
Carefully release the 4 clips.
8. Remove the face vent panel.
Remove the 4 Torx(R) screws.
9. NOTE: This component may not be fitted to all vehicles.
Remove the venture camera.
10. Remove the venture camera instrument panel housing.
Remove the screw cover.
Remove the 3 Torx(R) screws.
11. Disconnect the footwell lamp electrical connector.
If installed, disconnect the venture camera electrical connector.
12. Remove the air suspension control module.
Disconnect the 4 electrical connectors.
Release the clip.
Installation
1. Install the air suspension control module.
Secure the clip.
Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Install the venture camera instrument panel housing.
Connect the electrical connectors.
Install the Torx(R) screws.
Install the screw cover.
3. Install the passenger side face vent panel.
Install the Torx(R) screws.
4. Install the passenger side face level vent.
Carefully secure the clips.
5. Install the passenger side footwell trim panel.
Secure the clips.
6. Install the scuff plate trim panel.
Carefully secure the clips.
7. Install the instrument panel passenger side reinforcement.
Carefully secure the clips.
Install the seal.
8. Install the A-pillar finishing panel.
Carefully secure the clips.
Install the Torx(R) screw.
Install the screw cover.
Install the aperture seal.
9. Connect the battery ground cable.
10. Install the venture camera, if installed.
11. Initiate a new control module using T4.
