Thermostat: Service and Repair

THERMOSTAT
Service repair no - 26.45.09

Remove
1. Drain cooling system.
2. Remove cooling fan.





3. Release 3 clips and disconnect coolant hoses from thermostat.
4. Release clip securing thermostat to fan cowl and remove thermostat.


Refit
5. Position thermostat and secure to cowl.
6. Fit hoses to thermostat and secure with clips.
7. Fit cooling fan.
8. Fill cooling system.
